80-20 Software can help you get the most out
of your Retention Server deployment.
Retention Server is a mature and proven technology
and should be simple to install and operate without the
need for external support and services. 80-20 Software understands
however that irrespective of the software being available
free of charge, that comfort regarding availability of effective
support is a critical pre-requisite for most corporations
to commit their business critical processes to a solution.
If you find you need support for the Retention Server, you
have a number of options

Web-Forum Support
| You can post your issue to the web
forums, where other Retention Server users or 80-20
support staff will try to provide you with assistance.
There are no turnaround guarantees but we will all do
our best to help you out and some response inside 24 hours
would be typical. Remember to scan or search previous
forum posts and our knowledgebase
before posting a new issue; you may find the matter has
been previously discussed in the forum. Access to the
forums is entirely free. A forum ID is automatically created
for you when you download the product. If you can’t
remember your ID, email us at forumsupport@80-20.com.

Pay-As-You-Go Phone & Email Support
| You can call or email incidents direct
to our Support Services team. Each incident will attract
a support fee (US$500) which you will need to pay in
advance in order to receive support.

Annual Phone & Email Support Services Agreement
| You can purchase a 1 year support
services agreement which entitles you to up to 10
incident calls and all upgrades and hotfixes released
during the year.
The introductory cost for a Support Services Agreement
is US$1,800.
