SAI Global acquires GRC solutions provider

Melbourne, 6 March 2008 - SAI Global Limited (ASX: SAI) has acquired the operating assets of governance, risk and compliance (GRC) software solutions provider, 80-20 Software Pty Limited, and its North American subsidiary, 80-20 Software Inc.

The combination of expertise and products will enable immediate expansion of the portfolio of GRC capabilities and breadth of skills SAI Global can offer to its clients globally.

SAI Global’s Chief Executive, Tony Scotton, said “80-20 provides a natural fit with the company’s existing product offerings in this space, and importantly will cement SAI’s leadership position in the Australian market and enhance SAI’s ability to penetrate the North American and European markets”.

The Acquisition:
