June 1, 2006 (Melbourne) — 80-20 Software and its New Zealand based distribution partner, GRC Solutions, has assisted Auckland International Airport Limited (AIAL) implement 80-20 Software’s integrated governance, risk and compliance solution, Leaders, to streamline the process of creating and distributing board papers and materials to its board and executive team. By employing Leaders, AIAL has established a user-friendly Board Portal to provide a single location through which AIAL directors and executives will have instantaneous access to board papers and company and industry information from anywhere in the world. “Since we implemented Leaders we have seen a rapid shift towards a paperless boardroom” said Charles Spillane, AIAL’s Company Secretary. “Our directors have taken to the new system and are using Leaders to review board information on their laptops securely, at their convenience.” “As a publicly-listed company, Auckland International Airport has been quick to recognise the strategic benefits of consolidating all of its governance, risk, and compliance requirements onto a single platform” said Colin Campbell, a partner at GRC Solutions. “AIAL’s desire to gain a single, top-down analysis of what has been traditionally been many disparate systems and processes, is now being achieved with the implementation of the Leaders solution.” “We are pleased that AIAL has joined the growing list of New Zealand based corporations using Leaders at the Board level” said Mark Ross, CEO of 80-20 Software. “It is yet another example of the Leaders Board Portal proving a key enabler for directors in fulfilling their governance duties.” About Auckland International Airport Limited:
